CandyDepot.ca does NOT accept returns for and candy or food items.
If there any concerns with your order then please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving your order for refund/exchange requests and must be approved by our Customer Service Department. Due to Health and Safety concerns CandyDepot.ca only accept returns of Non-Edible items.
Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to CandyDepot.ca in their original condition at their expense. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of non-edible products.
